Cited for speeding, a red light or a suspended license? Paying the ticket is not the only option.
With a former prosecutor at the helm, Kolacia Law tests how each citation would be proved, from the officer’s notes to the radar reading.

Rancho Cucamonga Misdemeanor Attorney Who Knows Both Sides
A traffic conviction can add points to your record, raise insurance premiums for years and bring a license suspension closer. For CDL holders and others who drive for work, a job may be at stake. Kolacia Law handles criminal cases only.
Most California tickets are infractions, with no jail or jury, but paying one is a conviction that usually adds a point toward a negligent-operator suspension. Traffic school can keep one eligible point confidential. Reckless driving, hit and run and driving on a suspended license are misdemeanors.
San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies patrol Rancho Cucamonga under a city contract, and the California Highway Patrol covers the I-10, I-15 and State Route 210. Area infraction citations are generally handled by the Superior Court’s Fontana District, where the officer typically testifies without a prosecutor. The District Attorney prosecutes misdemeanor traffic charges, usually in Rancho Cucamonga.
